Busy day
After sleeping in until 8am this morning (I worked a late shift last night), we got the kids dressed and decided to go to Freckles Fun Factory. We spent two wholesome hours of fun there, it was great, the girls got on the jumping castle, and maintained a fair amount of balance whilst jumping, the boys had a mega game of hide & seek.
We got quite a few photo’s, so might put them into the gallery later on sometime. After all that we came back home, the girls had a sleep and we watched Scrubs. The girls then woke up, so we ended up going for a drive to the city to check out what’s happening. We got some dinner and came back home, ate, bathed the girls and put them to bed.
The boys a playing the Wii now, and I’m just about to pour a cold drink since it’s quite warm here. Later on I might have a few drinks with Rachelle, and watch some dvd’s, not sure which yet, but will work something out!
Christmas
Well, I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I had a pretty good time, Chell and I cooked a chicken on the webber, we also cooked some pork and ham the night before for a Christmas Eve dinner. On Christmas, we awoke and I got dressed up in a Santa suit to hand out all the kids pressies, they loved it! Emily and Tiana loved their Dora the Explorer toys, Matt loved his Nintendo Wii game, and Jacob loved his Nintendo DS game & pack.
We then went to their Aunty’s place for more pressies and breakfast, we got some photo’s and opened the presents, Rachelle’s mum got us a big hamper, it was great! After that we headed back home and waited for their Dad to pick them up. We were then bored so decided to watch the Harry Potter series.
Our puppy, Cassie is doing great too, she’s a little terror, but what pup isn’t?

Sickness
As some of you may of known, I’ve been sick since Friday morning/afternoon. It all started with a sore throat, then got worse from there, was getting headaches, cold sweats and high temperatures. I don’t know what it is, but Rachelle got me some Anti-Biotics to hopefully fix it up.
I don’t like being sick, especially when your temperature is aroiund 38.5c, you feel frozen, but are sweating. The worst thing is that Christmas is just around the corner too, which I hope I feel a bit better. This also is my second day without a cigarette, since my throat is so sore, I can’t smoke, so hopefully I wont feel like one by the time I get better.
I’ve also spent some time setting up Gallery2, and am going to configure it into my blog so that I can have images too, so check back soon!
Update: I’ve got Gallery2 all uploaded now, and added some photos and albums, but still have more pictures to upload yet. You can view the gallery by clicking on “Photos” up the top, or clicking here.

Busy busy
Well today I awoke at 5am to turn the alarm off, and layed back down in bed, then Rachelle woke me back up at 5:15am saying that I should get ready for work. Did all the usual (shower, dressed and drive). I got to work about 5:50am, and went to go buy some iced coffee, but the vending machine was empty!
I don’t know why people get up at 6am to call up Telstra for technical support, people should be still sleeping at those hours of a morning on a weekend! Work was constant all day, I ended up leaving at 11am as I felt sick (had a sore throat, felt sick when I ate lunch and had a fever), so I came home early.
I had two ibuprofen pills to combat the headache and all, now it’s all better. Rachelle and I are going to look at some puppies (we are thinking about getting one!).
Well that’s all for now, I might update some more later.
Update: we ended up getting a puppy, it’s a Boxer x German Sheppard, it’s a little cutie! We took her for a walk last night, she walked for quite a bit, then we carried her since she was puffing so much.
Time to sleep
Well, I have finally got my blog all fixed up and looking good, Rachelle is still out on the town, so time for me to have a shower, go to bed, catch up on some much needed sleep and await a phonecall to pick her up!
Goodnight.
