iPhone + car + hot day = bad

Well I managed to leave my iPhone in the car the other day, which wasn’t a good idea. I have finally been presented with the warning screen about the temperature being too hot.
Now on the Apple Support page it says keep within -20ºC and 45ºC. Now where I live, and average day is 30ºC or more, so the iPhone definitely got out of it’s comfort zone.
The iPhone has been running fine. It was really hot to touch which made me wonder if the nice black shiny case is really worth it on the iPhone.
