Speck iGuy case for iPad Mini

By | September 20, 2013

I have to give another shout out to the guys over at MobileZap. Up for review is the awesome little iGuy case made by Speck. The bonus of this case is that it’s kid friendly, and I have let Cayden, our 3 year old Son play games with the iPad mini and watch movies, but with this kid-friendly case I’m not as worried about him dropping it at all which is awesome.

The iGuy case for the iPad Mini fits perfectly and feels great when you hold it. It’s made of a rubber / foam type of material; firm yet “squishy”. It also has access to all the ports and buttons so turning the iPad on, changing the volume or charging the iPad Mini is quite simple. The mic and camera are also cut out, so recording video or snapping a photo works well.

The case is also freestand too, so you can sit the iGuy on a table or bench and watch a show whilst eating breakfast and if you happen to bump it and it falls over, no harm done. Having the little arms on the iGuy too makes it easier for Cayden to hold, but also adults too. You’re hands don’t get that cramping feeling when holding it for hours at a time.

Whether it’s for the kids, grandparents or anyone in between, the Speck iGuy is a cool little case for the iPad Mini and comes in a variety of colours too! If you’re interested in a iGuy or any other case for the iPad Mini hit up the iPad Mini Cases page over at MobileZap and check out their range of cases. Shipping is fast too!
